1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On March 19, 2013, A University professors, B, C, and D established A University Professors Council.

In preparation for the certification of university institutions and the evaluation of financial support-restricted universities, our professors and Japan expressed deep concern about the behavior of impairing school honor and trust by encouraging the division and conflict in school at this time when the whole professors and school personnel are making a full power, and spreading off-founded slanders to the outside.

Accordingly, our professor Dong recognizes that it is the most important time for A University's future, and leads to the evaluation of A University's institution certification and financial support-restricted universities by referring to the power, and promotes division, conflict, and confusion, and clearly expresses his/her opposition to the activities of the Faculty Council that obstructs the development of A University.

B. On April 10, 2013, the vice president of A University and the head of each administrative office, and the head of each sub-university, after completing a meeting for evaluation of university institutions certification and measures for evaluation of financial support-restricted universities (hereinafter “the instant name”). On April 15, 2013, the heads of A University convened a meeting for the head of each department, signed by the professors belonging to each department, and submitted a letter of name to the head of each sub-university, etc., with the signature of the professors belonging to each department.

C. Accordingly, on April 15, 2013, 143 professors belonging to A university, excluding the professors belonging to A, public colleges, living science colleges, art colleges, and music colleges (whether or not they have signed the instant name) were signed by 145.

B, C, and D (hereinafter referred to as the “Appellants”) on April 17, 2013, the Plaintiff convened a meeting of the dean for each department of college on April 15, 2013 and directed the principal of each department of college to divide the instant name into one copy and submit the signature of all professors by no later than 12:00 on the day.
