The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the spouse of the Do branch E in Gwangju Northern-gu, who actually operates the “F regional children’s center,” “G foreigners’ center,” “ Incorporated Association H” and “I” in the above church building.

1. Illegal receipt, such as operating expenses of a “F local child center”;

(a) The North-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Office shall pay the operating expenses to KRW 3.8 million per month to KRW 5.2 million per month in accordance with the number of children to be used and full-time employees in the ordinary subsidies, and to the operating expenses of the regional child center in which the number of children to be used is at least 30,000 per month and at least 5.2 million per month if the number of children to be used is at least 30,000 and at least three employees are maintained, and the standard number of the F local child center is at least

Although the number of children to be used by the above regional children's centers from April 2013 to December 31 of the same year is less than 20, the Defendant reported the number of children to be used by the above regional children's centers around April 2013 as 40 and received KRW 5.2 million operating expenses around May 2013. From around that time to December of the same year, the Defendant received KRW 41,60,000 in total as operating expenses of the above regional children's centers over eight occasions, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 2 from that time to December of the same year, and received the above amount by unlawful means of subsidies.

(b)in respect of a regional child center with a capacity of at least 30 personnel unjust receipt of personnel expenses, one head of the facility, two employees shall be employed, five days a week for employees, and eight or more hours a day for full-time employees, and the subsidies for operating expenses of a regional child center shall include personnel expenses for employees;

Despite the fact that the court, which is the believers of the D church, is a person who takes part in volunteer activities only at the end of the week, on January 1, 2012, the Defendant reported to the North-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government North-gu Office as a full-time employee of the above regional children's center and received KRW 8.60,00 from the North-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Office in the name of the J's personnel expenses, as shown in the list of crimes (2) from January 2012 to April 2013.
