Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud by using computers and others, theft, and intrusion upon residence, and on August 1, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan detention center.

[2] On September 5, 2017, at around 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door and intruded up to a small room in the residence of the victim D (E) located in Busan Young-gu C (hereinafter “E”) at around 20:20 on September 5, 2017; (b) taken off the 180,000 won in cash at the wall; and (c) Chapter Three of the New World Gift Co., Ltd. (10,000 won in cash at the 2nd, 50,000 won in cash at the 2nd, 50,000 won in the 2nd, 1nd, 50,000 won in the string; and (c) cut off the string fluium and strings (a market price of KRW 1,00,000 in the market price).

[2] On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) the main point of “G” located in the Busan East-gu F around 03:00 on May 23, 2017 (hereinafter “5308”) (the victim H facts charged are referred to as “I”; (b) he is a manager; (c) he is obvious by evidence that he is a damaged person; and (d) the symptoms business operator registered in 2014 are referred to as “L”; (c) but it is reasonable to deem that the registration number was changed as different from the registration number of receipts and that the business operator changed to H while the business operator changed to H, and thus, does not seem to hinder the Defendant’s exercise of right to defense.
