Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:40 on June 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (age 18) in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and flachie fews smoking and flachising tobacco; (b) caused the victim’s flachising to walking the clothes once by cutting the boom with the victim’s chill at one time, and walking the flachis into the floor, thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to take approximately two weeks of treatment to D.
