Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) installed a ED flag board on the top of the headlights of the car in B Spo-si in the luspo-dong of Gyeonggi-si on a light-round 10th day; and (b) installed a ED flag board in a white color to display the headlight in a red light; and (c) installed the wheel on the steering device.

Accordingly, the defendant, without obtaining the approval of the competent authority, conducted the tubes on a motor vehicle.
