1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,400,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 26, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the defendant requested the plaintiff to manufacture and supply 37,400,000 won (including value-added tax) to the plaintiff on March 30, 2015, and accepted this fact by the plaintiff. The plaintiff manufactured and supplied the above cosmetic to the defendant, but the defendant received only a part of the above cosmetic on the grounds of their custody.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 20,400,000 won, excluding KRW 17,000,000,000, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 26, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, as well as from February 26, 2016, the day after the copy of the complaint of this case was served to the defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
