A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident while driving a number of representative vehicles, and did not place an injury to the extent of receiving hospitalized treatment due to the above accident, he was hospitalized at a hospital and received insurance money from an insurance company on this basis.

At around 15:00 on August 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered a G-pp-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-

Since then, after reporting the accident to the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., the insurance company of the above accident vehicle, the defendant was hospitalized in the JJ department, and the employee of the above insurance company inevitably made a false statement as if he suffered the accident.

However, the above traffic accident was intentionally caused by the defendant to receive insurance money by pretending to the traffic accident, and there was no need to be hospitalized because it was merely a minor injury due to the above accident.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the employees in charge of the foregoing insurance company, received KRW 700,00 from the Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. on August 7, 2012 as agreed money. Around August 17, 2012, the Defendant acquired KRW 267,930 from each insurance company a total of KRW 178,647,723 in the same way as indicated in the separate sheet of crime, from around August 23, 2012 to March 24, 2014, under the name of medical expenses, the Defendant paid KRW 603,00 to the said hospital as vehicle repair expenses, and received KRW 603,00 from each insurance company in the same way as in the separate sheet of crime.
