Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.173% of blood alcohol concentration at around 21:31, 2013, driven B-learning car at approximately 100 meters from the front day of “the front day,” located in the New-ro Station in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government New-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the front day of the 3591 Southern apartment.
