Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates illegal credit business by advertising "Handphone cash or B" on the Internet.

1. Violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users;

(a) Any person who intends to operate a credit business shall register with the Mayor/Do Governor having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business;

Nevertheless, the defendant is not registered, and the same year from January 16, 2013.

(c) Where an unregistered credit service provider grants a loan, the maximum interest rate under a contract for lending money under the Interest Limitation Act shall not exceed 30 percent per annum;

Nevertheless, on January 17, 2013, the Defendant applied for a loan of 100,000 won to the above advertisements by phone, thereby identifying the credit subscription information and the account to be deposited in the Internet shopping mall site by finding out the credit subscription information and the account to be deposited, and inputting the letter transmission number to the requester, and then inputting the letter transmission number of KRW 100,000.
