Punishment of the crime

1. On June 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from an employee of a financial fraud broker using his/her name-free telephone financeD to inform him/her of the account that he/she would receive money from him/her; and (b) intended to withdraw money deposited in the said account; (c) notified the name-free person of the account number of the Defendant’s account E in his/her name; and (d) led him/her to the commission of the crime of the name-free winner.

A. On June 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the victim B by deceiving the victim B to have his/her non-named telephone financial fraud assistance staff called to the victim B; (b) by deceiving us that he/she used the money in the account to be returned after checking whether she was an accomplice; and (c) by deceiving us to transfer the money in the account to the account known by us to the account to be returned; and (d) aiding and abetting the Defendant’s money to the above E account on June 26, 2018; and (e) KRW 46 million that the victim remitted to the Defendant’s above E account on June 27, 2018; and (e) KRW 19 million that the victim remitted to the same account on June 27, 2018; and (e) KRW 7,000,0000,000,0000 from the offline branch in Bupyeong-si, Seoul; and (e) aiding and abetting the name and check to the Defendant.

B.
