Punishment of the crime

At around 16:20 on June 25, 2016, the Defendant driven a B Poter truck and made the front road of the D Hospital located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun to turn to the left at a speed of about 20 km from the direction of virtue-ri to the left at a speed of about 20 km.
