1. The defendant is based on the completion of the acquisition by prescription on May 7, 1982 with respect to the land size of 159 square meters on the B road at racing-si.

1. On December 20, 1958, the Plaintiff purchased the above land from C, which had the owner of B-road B-3, 159 square meters.

From that time, the acquisition by prescription of possession was completed by the state or the plaintiff who managed the above land as a road management agency and occupied it in peace and openly up to now.

Therefore, the defendant, who completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 7, 1962 with respect to the above land, is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on May 7, 1982 to the plaintiff on the ground of the completion of the prescription for possession acquisition.
