Defendant B shall have legal superficies on October 1, 2004 with respect to the land listed in Section 1 of the Schedule of Real Estate attached hereto to Defendant C.

D On February 8, 1991, the attached Table No. 1 (the land category on March 16, 2005 was changed from “former”) to “former,” and acquired ownership of the land listed in paragraph 3 of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) on September 16, 1992, and the land listed in paragraph 2 of the attached Table No. 2 of the real estate list No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) on July 10, 1995, respectively.
D After selling the instant building and the instant land No. 2 to Defendant C on February 23, 2000, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on February 25, 2000. Of them, the Daegu District Court Decision 2003Kadan116241 on the instant building was sentenced to the revocation of the fraudulent act on February 23, 2000 between D and Defendant C on the ground that the said judgment was fraudulent act, and the registration of ownership transfer, which was completed in Defendant C’s name, was cancelled on February 25, 2005.
With respect to the land of this case, the decision of voluntary auction was rendered to Daegu District Court E on October 30, 2003 on the basis of the right to collateral security established on July 19, 1995, and F acquired ownership by paying the sale price on October 1, 2004 in the auction procedure. After purchasing this, B purchased it and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 30, 2005.
As to the building of this case, the Daegu District Court G on November 14, 2006 decided to commence compulsory auction, and the entry registration was completed on November 16, 2006, and thereafter, the Plaintiff acquired ownership by paying the sale price on August 17, 2007, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 27, 2007.
The building of this case is located on both sides of the land of this case (b) section 1, 2, 3, 4, 24, 23, 22, and 5, which connects each point of which is indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8, 22, 23, 24, and 5, and the above drawing No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 24, 23, 22, and 11 square meters among the land of this case.
