Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2010, enforcement officers C belonging to the Seoul Northern District Court seized 7 points of goods equivalent to KRW 940,000, the assessed value of which is KRW 940,000, which were kept as the defendant's possession by the attachment report of corporeal movables in Seoul, Nowon-gu and Seoul, Nowon-gu, and the second floor upon delegation of the creditor E's execution by the defendant's house located in the court.

Nevertheless, around May 17, 2010, the Defendant took directors of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and 202, and transferred the seized goods to a public official without reporting the transfer thereof, thereby undermining the effectiveness of the attachment labeling performed by the public official in relation to his duties.
