A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant purchased the Mepter, which is a local mental medicine, on a total of four occasions together with D, a total of four occasions as follows.

A. On December 10, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from D and transferred KRW 200,000 from D to H’s Saemaul Treasury account in the name of H used by G with a purchase price of KRW 200,000,000,000 to G, and purchased it in collusion with D by finding approximately 0.4g of the penphonephones set up below the change of the public toilet of the building near the luminous name in which the said G is located.

B. On December 16, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from D and transferred the purchase price of KRW 200,000 to H’s Saemaul cooperative account in the name of H used by G with the purchase price of KRW 200,000,000,000 to G, and the Defendant purchased the said G in collusion with D by finding approximately 0.4g of the penphonephones set up below the change of the public toilet of the building near the luminous-dong at the time of luminous-dong.

On December 25, 2016, at L points in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from D, and the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 to H Saemaul Treasury account in the name of H used by G, with the purchase price of KRW 200,000,000,000, and then purchased it in collusion with D by finding approximately 0.4g of philophonephones set up below the public toilet change of the building near the luminous-dong at the time of luminous-dong.

On December 28, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from D and transferred KRW 200,000 from D to H Saemaul Treasury account in the name of H used by G with the purchase price of KRW 400,000,00,000,00 from G, and then 0.4g of opphonephones posted below the change of public toilets in the building near the luminous-dong at the time of luminous-dong.
