1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings is amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the last delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, and the excess portion is dismissed.
