Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in the operation of BMW car.

On January 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 13:28, and led to the course to the ero-Sim of Sungnam-si from the edge of the valley tunnel in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger other persons or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing two or more acts, such as violation of prohibition against change of course, or by continuing or repeatedly performing one act.

Nevertheless, the defendant changed the vehicle from the third-lane to the second-lane from the second-lane to the second-lane from the second-lane to the second-lane from the north Si Underground Road.
