Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2012, at around 08:00, the Defendant 1 flick-gu in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and threatened the victim C (Nam, 19 years of age) who is an employee, of “I would die of a person. I would have died of a person. If I died of a person, and has not been flicked from the prison, I would like to know.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s convenience store duties by force for about 20 minutes.
