A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C (the 38 years of age) are legal couples.

On November 17, 2017, the Defendant ordered the Daegu Family Court to prohibit access within 100 meters from the victim’s residence and workplace until May 16, 2018.

As a domestic violence offender, the defendant did not comply with a victim protective order.

2. On June 12, 2018, the Defendant called the victim’s mobile phone using his/her cell phone (phone number: E) at an insular location around 12:37 on June 12, 2018.

3. The Defendant, on December 11, 2017, sent a text message to the victim using a mobile phone (line number: F) used by himself/herself at an insular place (f) around 18:10 on December 11, 2017, as well as a text message from around that time to March 12, 2018, including a total of 912 times, such as the part of [Attachment] list of crimes.
