1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiffs each money stated in the “compensation for delay” list as stated in the separate sheet, and on December 22, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. Provided, That where the amount of payment is insufficient, "B" shall be paid in the order of late payment fees and supply amounts, and late payment fees for the balance shall be calculated based on the expiration date of the occupancy designation period.

The average credit interest rate of the bank in arrears is less than one month but less than 1 month to 3 months, but less than 3 months to 6 months, and more than 3.76% to 5.76% 8%.
