1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,701,60 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 24, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, “creditor” is amended by means of service by public notice under Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(1) main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553), and the statutory interest rate under the above Act is reduced from 20% to 15% per annum. Thus, the portion exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015, which is the enforcement date of the above provision, shall be dismissed.
