Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2011, at around 07:20, the Defendant came to know of the fact that C, the Defendant’s branch of the Defendant, was subject to investigation of theft suspicion at the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul police box, and took a bath while making a proper statement to D who was investigated in relation to the larceny case. The Defendant was demanded to suspend the bathing by the assistant E belonging to the victim B police box.

이에 피고인은 D와 경찰관들이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자 E에게 욕설을 하고, 이를 만류하는 피해자 B파출소 소속 경찰관인 F, G, H에게 “몽땅 다 묻어 버리겠다. 돈이나 받아 먹는 새끼들이 다 뒤진다. 나를 한번 구속시켜 봐라, 힘도 없는 짭새 새끼들아.”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자들을 각 모욕하였다.
