Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Busan District Court on July 25, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

A. On December 8, 2018, the Defendant administered D’s house, which was known to the Pyeongtaek-gun B Building C, with approximately 0.03g of philopon, by means of inserting it into a disposable injection machine and injection into arms.

B. Around 16:00 on April 17, 2019, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophonephones purchased from Jinju City EmburF, and from Jinju City, with raw water, and administered them by means of inserting them in a disposable injection machine and injection into arms.

On April 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:17 Jinju-si EcomcomF; (b) one disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.07 g of philopon in boxes containing a philopon; (c) one disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.2ml of scopon dilution; and a white paper containing approximately 0.02ml of philopon 0.02 g of philopon; and (d) carried a philopon by inserting approximately 1.36 g of philopon on the cigarette located in the instant H car owned by the Defendant parking in the said buphone parking lot.
