A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 28, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) and the Defendant was driving the said vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.138% around 07:30 on March 28, 2014, while driving the said vehicle, and driving the second line of the entry section, as the new river located in the awning in Daegu Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, along the two-lanes from the middle intersection in the salary market
