1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 78,164,636 and KRW 39,740,710 from February 21, 2007 to the day of full payment.

1. The Defendant, on December 13, 200, issued a credit card with the Hanmi Bank Co., Ltd. and used it, but did not pay 39,740,710 won by credit card price, and the interest not paid by February 20, 2007 reaches 38,423,926 won.

The overdue fee rate of Korea-U.S. Bank is 29.9% per annum, and the plaintiff is applying the rate to 19% per annum lower than the above.

The Plaintiff acquired the credit card payment claim against the Defendant of the Hanmi Bank Co., Ltd. in the order of June 8, 2007 through a limited company specializing in global chronological securitization. The Seoul Central District Court Decision 2007Kadan431499 against the Defendant was sentenced to the same judgment as the order in the transfer payment lawsuit against the Defendant, and became final and conclusive for the purpose of the extension of prescription period.
