Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall be a nurse of the Emedical Center, and the head of the F branch office shall be a member of the G Party.

1. No one shall distribute any newspaper, organ, etc. carrying an article about an election in any way other than ordinary ways or reproduce and distribute such article, except as provided for in the Public Official Election Act;

Nevertheless, at around 12:00 on April 2, 2012, the Defendant distributed the name cards of H, proportional representative candidates for G, the head of the former Emedicalwon branch, and two election campaigners, at the 1st floor staff restaurant of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) sought support from G party and H; and (b) took out H’s election campaign, such as where the labor union members, etc. affiliated with F branch group, claimed “I/G Party I/G Party” as “4/G Party I/G Party I/G Party”, and (c) “H No. 11” in the total number of pages 12 of the health care union branches issued on March 30, 2012, the Defendant sent the name cards of H to the National Assembly. Accordingly, H candidates should only go to the National Assembly if our country actively engage in an election campaign, and the National Health and Medical Workers’ Association members planned to run the election campaign in proportion to G party and J., and the National Health and Medical Workers’ Association members planned to run the election campaign.

2. No one shall make, or have another make contributions to, the candidate or the political party to which he belongs in connection with the election;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place of the above Paragraph 1 above, divided the cans and 500 market prices into 215,000 won and made contributions for G party and H.
