On October 31, 2019, at around 00:53, the Defendant driven the F Sochip car volume under the influence of alcohol 0.201% in the section of approximately 1.5km of alcohol alcohol level from the original city B apartment of Gangwon-do via D located in the same city C to the next intersection of the same city E.
