A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics:

1. On July 26, 2014, around 01:00, in the cargo vehicles of the Defendant parked in the Blue area of the Gyeonggi-do Kimpo-si (hereinafter referred to as the “cloopon”), approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine, containing approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs in water and dilution with water, administering them by means of injecting them into the spoptop juries;

2. On August 4, 2014, around 22:00, approximately 0.05 gopon administered 0.05 gopon in the same manner as “D” telephone 703 in Jinhae-si, Changwon-si C.
