Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. At around 05:40 on June 14, 2016, the Defendant, at the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu C’s residence, posted a letter, “The Plaintiff continued to use a lethal weapon from the Plaintiff on 2011 to the her husband who prepared for the new wall delivery and put it into the her will continuously flick.” At the same time, the Defendant was shocked by considering that this flick in the flick situation would bring about an illegal relationship, and then blicked with her spouse and flicked two years later.
