The plaintiff (the trade name before the change: C and D) is a company with the purpose of redevelopment and reconstruction business consulting, etc., and the defendant is a housing redevelopment improvement project partnership established for the purpose of promoting a housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter “instant improvement project”) in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, as the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association established for the purpose of promoting the housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter “instant improvement project”), and completed the registration of incorporation on July 21, 2008 with the approval of establishment from the head of Seodaemun-gu on June 27,

(The name of the promotion committee prior to the establishment of the partnership is the "F Housing Redevelopment Project Promotion Committee".

On May 23, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a contract on specialized management services of housing redevelopment and improvement projects (hereinafter “instant primary service contract”) with the F Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Establishment Promotion Committee, and the contents relating to the instant case in the instant primary service contract are as follows.

The chairperson of the Committee for Promotion of Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project (hereinafter referred to as the "A") of the F Contract for Services for Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project and the (hereinafter referred to as the "B")C (hereinafter referred to as the "C") shall agree as follows in order to determine matters necessary for the specialized management of housing redevelopment project, and shall prepare two copies of the contract in order to verify the agreement, and keep one copy of the contract and one copy of the contract,

6. Unit price for a contract: 29,500 won per square meter on the total floor area of new construction (excluding VAT).

Contract amount: daily gold 1,752,801,500 (VAT Map) (Provided, That the contract amount is to be determined after the settlement by winning 29,500 per square u u29,500 on the total floor area for which the authorization for project implementation has been obtained later. In addition, the said condition shall apply to an increase or decrease in the area due to New Town);

8. Service period: Article 3 (Scope of Services) (1) of the Terms and Conditions of the Service Contract from the date of conclusion of the contract to the date of liquidation of the partnership.
