A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 2016, the Defendant altered official document: (a) within the Crando vehicle parked in front of Suwon-si B; (b) around April 2016, the Defendant: (c) transported E indicated on the above parking sign to three tons for the purpose of exercising the parking sign of the disabled who was under custody, issued by the Defendant’s Dong D, and entered the said C, which is a vehicle operated by the Defendant with a certified private pen.

As a result, the defendant altered one copy of the disabled vehicle sign (for the guardian's operation) under the name of the head of the Sejong-gu Dong in Suwon-si.

2. Around 15:00 on June 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) parked a motor vehicle of the disabled car in the parking zone for the disabled at the 107 Over and in the parking zone for the disabled-only parking zone; and (b) held the altered motor vehicle sign (for the guardian’s driving) as if it was issued genuinely as prescribed in paragraph (1).
