1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the buildings listed in paragraph 7 of the attached Table 1 List, the Attached Form 2 Map 10, 9, 18, 19, 10 shall apply.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff was established for the purpose of housing construction, arrangement and agency business, tourist leisure business, real estate lease, sale and purchase, management business, etc., and is a company selling and leasing a building No. 11 listed in the [Attachment 1] list (hereinafter “instant 11 building”). The Defendant is a company engaging in fashion brand Do and retail business.

B. On September 15, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a sales commission contract with the Defendant for the following portions of the instant 11 building that he/she manages.
