Punishment of the crime

On February 4, 2020, at around 21:42, the Defendant sent a Kakao Stockholm message stating that C, who was living in a de facto marital relationship at one’s own house located on the fifth floor of Songpa-gu Seoul building B, did not enter his own house and did not see the victim D (Nam, 26 years of age) who was living in a de facto marital relationship, and did not enter the house, and that C, who used C’s mobile phone with which he was holding, “I am hynas that hynas hynas hynas hynas hynas hynas hynas hynas hynas,” and even around 22:01 on the same day, the Defendant threatened the victim by transmitting a Kao Kao ko x message with the content that “I am hynas hys hys hynas
