Criminal facts

1. Defendant A

A. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of the alcohol level of 0.093% from blood alcohol level on February 22:52, 2018, the Defendant driven a Drash car owned by the Defendant’s mother at approximately 100 meters from the Do head of Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul to the 14-ro 36(m) front of the 5-lane 20 meters front of the road into the same east of the same Gu.

B. On February 8, 2018, in order to conceal the fact that the Defendant driven approximately approximately 100 meters of the said car at a coffee shop in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu, 2018, the Defendant: (a) told B that B “I have driven without driving it; (b) I have the intention to make a false confession.”

Therefore, around March 11, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that B had B drive the said car around about 100 meters from the Do in front of the old-ro 14-gil 36(Seongdong-dong), Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to the front road of about 20 meters (Seongdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong

As a result, the defendant instigated the above B to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. Defendant B

A. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.150% from blood on February 22:5, 2018, the Defendant driven the said radar car on the road at a distance of 10 meters in front of 20 meters in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.150%.

B. On March 11, 2018, the Defendant also driven a vehicle from the office E of the Seoul Gangdong-gu Seoul Police Station located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul around March 1, 2018 to the 5-lane 20 meters front of the old-ro 14-gil 36 (Seong-dong) old-ro, Gangdong-gu, Seoul (Seong-dong) in the same e-mail (Seong-dong) road in front of 5-gil 20 (Seong-dong) in the same e-ro, Gangdong-gu, Seoul while under the influence of the Defendant, and the Defendant was under the influence of the Defendant, 5-way from the Do in the same e-ro, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
