A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:00 on August 15, 2013, the Defendant’s insultd the victim by finding the victim C’s store located in Busan B Mandoion, without any justifiable reason, and putting about about 10 persons, such as neighboring residents D, and obscing the victim publicly insulting the victim “hing the victim, such as “hinging the match year, weather weather year, weather year, sturging year, sturging year, sturging year, 40 million won, and gold scraping year,” with a large amount of 10 persons, such as neighboring residents D.

2. The Defendant interfered with the duty of the victim by force, such as: (a) the time and place specified in paragraph (1) for about 30 minutes; and (b) the customer who found the victim’s shop by avoiding the disturbance, thereby obstructing the victim’s work by force.
