1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

A. On April 27, 2007, the Plaintiff and the Defendant were to supply the entire goods sold at the instant gas station: (a) the supply contract of petroleum products between the Defendant and the Jeju-si; and (b) the Plaintiff is to supply the entire goods.
