A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 29, 2012, when the Defendant had been operating a feed agency from around November 2010, the Defendant loaned KRW 50,000,000,00 to the Defendant ---child ---child -----child -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nevertheless, the Defendant made a false statement as above, and then received 50 million won from the victim on the same day, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On April 12, 2012, the Defendant supplied the victim with feed on credit to another farm owner, such as the dys, at the same place. The Defendant first loaned KRW 50,000,000,000,000 to the feed company. On the other hand, the Defendant, who purchased feed on credit, did not want to pay for personal debt, but did not have the ability to pay for the above money with profits earned from the business at the time.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received a false statement from the victim, and acquired the money from the victim with a total of KRW 10 million on the same day, KRW 40 million on April 13, 2012, and KRW 50 million.
