A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a DNA-flocing vehicle with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.199% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 2 km section from the center road located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si to the front intersection of a cafeteria located in the same city; and (b) on May 7, 2016, the Defendant driven a D-flocing vehicle with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.19%.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DD Driving) is a person engaging in driving a Dff car.

The Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol as stated in paragraph (1) at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) and led to a two-lane road in front of the Ccafeteria from the south Bridge to the Southern Bridge, along one-lane along the boundary of alcohol.

At the time, there was an intersection where signal lights are installed at night, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by proceeding with a person engaged in driving service as well as moving another vehicle in the front and rear sides of the signal lights.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in performing the above duty of care, and the part behind the F-E-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the above victim E, the victim I (the age of 45), the victim J (the age of 57) and the above victim G with approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence, respectively.
