1. Even if Defendant A received money from the victim C, the Defendant, despite having no intent to sell the NAB block to the victim, would sell the NAB block to the victim along with D.

On March 30, 2016, the Defendant provided D with his JNbrogs from the office of Gwangju-si E and 303, and D had two K and JNbrogs for the victim at the same time and place.

It shall be sold for KRW 2 million.

“Falsely speaking,” a bank with the name of 2,00,000 won in the name of D for the sale price on the same day from the injured party.
