Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person who discharges, collects, transports, disposes of, or spreads livestock excreta, manure, or liquid manure shall commit an act that discharges or is likely to flow into public waters by neglecting or neglecting the same.

Nevertheless, at around 10:00 on October 11, 2019, the Defendant distributed approximately KRW 75 tons of livestock excreta to use it for dry field cultivated by oneself in Ansan City B and discharged livestock excreta into public waters through farm waterways by flowing it into neighboring farming waterways.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act of flowing livestock excreta into public waters.
