A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 700,000 won by a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on June 20, 2008, issued a summary order of 2 million won by the same court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on August 29, 201, issued a summary order of 4 million won by the same court on August 29, 201.

On December 8, 2015, at around 22:31, the Defendant driven a car in B, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.119% during blood, from around 3km to about 0.119% during blood alcohol level, from the roads in front of the Don-dong, Seonam-dong, Daejeon-dong to the front day of the Dondong-dong, Daejeon-dong.
