The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is as follows: (a) around 11:00 on May 15, 2012, the Defendant placed the shoulder of the victim D (the age of 71) in the ward in Gwangju Northern-gu 303 Dong-dong 1514, 1514, by doping the Defendant’s hand to suppress the victim’s resistance, such as both arms, etc.; (b) obstructed the victim’s resistance; (c) obstructed the victim’s pursuant to the victim’s pursuant to the Defendant’s pursuant to the Defendant’s order; (d) was forced to commit an indecent act by force, such as fasting the victim’s chest, and continuing to deviate from the victim’s panty and spanch; and (e) the victim revoked his complaint, so it is so decided as per Disposition pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
