A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On June 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for rape at the Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Ansan Prison on March 29, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. At night, on June 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the victim D located in Pyeongtaek-si C on June 11, 2018; (b) opened an unrectable gate and intruded up to the inside of the party; and (c) cut off a tobacco amounting to KRW 4,500, the market price of the victim E, who is the fraud of the above D, owned by the victim E, who is the victim E.
