1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the area of 731 m2, the number of appraisal in the attached Form 13, 14, 15, 16, 13 is each of the following.

1. Evidence 【Evidence】 1-1 through 5, A2, and 3-1 through 6, A6-1 through 20, A7, A8-1 through 5, A10, A1-1, 2, B-1, 1-2, B-2, 2 through 4, B-1 through 5, 5-1 through 3, B-6, 7-1 through 3, B-8, the result of the survey and appraisal conducted by appraiser E, and the purport of the whole pleadings;
A. On May 11, 2007, the Plaintiff acquired D forest land 721 square meters, and newly built a temple (hereinafter “instant temple”) on the said ground on February 6, 2012. On August 24, 2011, the Plaintiff acquired C large scale 731 square meters and its ground buildings adjacent to the said D land.
On the other hand, while constructing the instant temple, the Plaintiff did not install a fence on the boundary line because the remaining end of the said C and D land is too adjacent to the opening, and installed a fence to the boundary line.
B. On January 13, 2012, the Defendant acquired 549 square meters of F forest land in Sung-si (hereinafter “instant land”).
On the other hand, the above C/D land owned by the Plaintiff on the north-west (hereinafter “the Plaintiff’s land”) is in contact with the Defendant’s land on the south.
C. The Plaintiff’s land and the Defendant’s land are located at the location of 1/3 coming down from the top of the Ytsan, and the grodial valley formed from the Ytsan’s top was coming down according to the boundary between the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s land.
Most of the valleys, along with the north side of the Defendant’s land, were to flow along with the north side of the instant land, and part of the north side sloped constituted the remainder side of the Plaintiff’s land.
Around 2012, the Defendant: (a) stored a concrete retaining wall with a height of at least 3 meters in the valley, thereby blocking water paths; and (b) buried water from the Defendant’s land in the instant case in order to prevent damage caused by rainwater coming from the storm; and (c) laid down the entire valleys that run the instant land into the Defendant’s land and the altitudes with the Defendant’s land.
