Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of traffic Acts on roads;

A. On February 24, 2016, the Defendant driven at a distance of about 100 meters from the end point of bus No. 6, Busan Dokdong to the front day of the white tank located in the same Gu Cheongdodong, Busan Dokdong, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.068% from blood during blood at around 22:55, the Defendant driven a yellow clock (49c) with no number plate from the distance of about 100 meters from the front day of the bus No. 6, Young-dong, Busan Dokdong.
