Punishment of the crime

1. On November 27, 2017, the Defendant’s insultd the victim D without any justifiable reason in the treatment room and waiting room within the “C regularly outdoor department” located in Yasan-si B around 09:34 on November 27, 2017,

In anywhere, where the refusal of medical treatment was hidden, the victim was openly insultingd by 5 patients, including E, who are waiting to receive medical treatment, and four persons, such as nurse F, who are working, etc., in order to receive medical treatment, by openly insulting the victim. The victim was sexually insultingly insulting, by speaking to the large extent in a place where he or she is heard by five persons, such as E, etc., and four persons, such as nurse F, etc., who are waiting to receive medical treatment.

2. On November 27, 2017, at the waiting room of the above hospital around 09:34, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s medical care business of the victim to avoid disturbance for about 30 minutes until November 27, 2017, and thereby interfered with the victim’s non-performance of medical care services so as to prevent the general public from performing tasks of cutting down, paining, and treating the hospital.
