Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with related facilities and report to the competent authorities, but the defendant did not report to the head of the Busan Northern District Office from December 13, 2013 to January 8, 2014, and operated a livestock product sales business that raises sales amounting to five million won per monthly average by being equipped with two air conditioners, one air conditioners, one air conditioners, and one air conditioners at approximately nine square places of business in the name of "C" on the first floor of the five-story building located in the north-gu Busan Metropolitan City from December 13, 2013 to January 8, 2014.
