Defendant
A and B are working for a gold factory in the name of "M" in the fourth floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the defendant C is a Dong (bank) wholesale and retail, and the defendant D is a person engaged in the business of appraisal and sale of bail.
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s brokerage of stolen goods: (a) read as a means of communication from N, known through the Internet’s website, and agreed to dispose of the precious metals that he stolen; (b) delivered precious metals, etc. brought to Defendant B, who is the shippers with usual friendship and engaged for a long time in the precious metal business; and (c) Defendant B disposed of the said products through precious metal wholesalers, etc., known to the saidN and conspired in sequence to deliver the said amount to the saidN.
around 10:00 on July 14, 2014, Defendant A received delivery from the said N, even though he/she knew of the fact that the “98 kilograms” that the said N was stolen from the victim Qu’s house of Jongno-gu Seoul, Seo-gu, Incheon, 102 Dong 506, was stolen, at around 10:0 on July 14, 2014, with the request to sell it.
In addition, Defendant B received the above “A 98 kilograms” from the above A at around 12:30 on the same day, and sold to the above C amounting to approximately KRW 78 million at the market price of the above “A 98 kilograms” to approximately KRW 41 million from the Seoul Jongno-gu R and the first floor 125.
After that, Defendant B delivered the above sales price of KRW 41 million to Defendant A, and Defendant A again delivered it to the above N, and Defendant A received KRW 800,000 for good offices and KRW 300,000 for Defendant B, respectively.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange the transfer of stolen goods.
