Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2016, around 09:20, at the Busan Gangseo-gu Busan, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim by means of “the victim B (the age of 45)’s bath room for the public bath of the prisoner in the Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, and preparing a false statement and deeming that the victim B (the age of 45) was subject to the disciplinary measure for transfer, and doing so to the victim before the majority of inmates.”
