1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the Defendant only sealed the victim’s face and head, which is to protect the face, and thus, its illegality is excluded as legitimate self-defense or legitimate act by passive defensive act.

Therefore, the judgment of the court below which convicted the defendant is erroneous in the misunderstanding of legal principles and affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

2. The Defendant also asserted the same as the grounds for appeal in this part of the judgment below, and the court below rejected the above assertion in detail, stating the Defendant’s argument and its decision in the judgment.

Examining the reasoning closely compared with the evidence duly admitted and examined, the judgment of the court below is reasonable and it is not erroneous in the misapprehension of facts.
